What are your hours of operations?
We are a 24 hours a day, 7 days a week commissary kitchen, wether you like to work mornings, afternoons and even graveyard shifts we can reserve the hours you need depending on what is available. Hours are on a first come first served basis.
I want to start using the kitchen, what do I need?
We will be happy to help you with any questions about the requirements.
Once you know how many hours of kitchen time you will need then;
You must sign our Lease Agreement and provide the following:
- Drivers License
- Proof of Commercial Liability Insurance (KRS as the insured)
- ServeSafe Certification (Manager)
- Paid fees; Commissary Letter ($250), 1st month rent, key deposit ($30) Maintenance fee ($35)
You will be inspected by the Health Department and upon approval you are ready!
When do I pay?
Rent is due every 1st of the month, and have until the 3rd to make a payment without a late fee.
All checks and payments made to:

Square*, Venmo and Direct deposit thru your bank. ( *Square fees apply)
Do I pay for the hours I don't use?
Hours booked are times paid. There is no roll over time due to the fact that we reserve the kitchen for you only. We want you to feel as if you were working in your own place. We do not allow kitchen time sharing.
We strongly encourage you to have your estimate of hours needed and choose from our packages that are described in our rates chart.
