Can I take a tour of the kitchen?
Yes!! We strongly encourage you to call us and make an appointment and come meet with us and take a small tour of our facility.
If you decide KRS meets your needs your next step is to apply for your permit at the SD Health Department.
Next, call us so we can meet and have all your paper work before your inspection.
How can I reserve working kitchen hours?
We give Priority to standing reservations, if you need a specific day and time to be reserved on a weekly basis you will need to make arrangements with us.
New reservations are handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Hours reserved are hours paid. Un-used hours do not roll over to next month.
What do I need to sign up?
In order to start working with us and have your legal permit for your business you need the following:
Choose a package of hours per month that you think suit your needs.
Drivers License (copy)
Commercial Liability Insurance (KRS as your insured).
Commissary Letter fee
1st month rent
We will give you an accurate quote once you decide all your needs in the kitchen (storage, hrs, etc).
